1. Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Process

• Please contact our customer support team at support@kineticactivewear.com to initiate a return.
• You will be provided with a return authorization number (RA).
• Include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation with your return.
• Ship the item(s) back to the following address: [Your Return Address]
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color.
• Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.
• If the exchange item is of a different price, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt.  
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Limited Liability

• Our liability for any returns or refunds is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).
• We are not responsible for any shipping costs or other losses incurred by the customer.

7. Force Majeure

• We will not be liable for any delays or failures to process returns or refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or unforeseen events.
